How long does it take to make a mold?

It usually takes about 40 days to complete a mold, but the time may change depending on how complex the design is.

What is your lead time?

What is the MOQ for your products？

Our MOQ for circuit breakers is flexible depending on the product type. For standard products, we can accommodate smaller quantities, while customized products may require a higher MOQ. For specific details, please consult our sales team.

What are your payment terms?

Normally, we require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping. We will send you photos or videos of the products and packaging before the balance payment is made. If you prefer other payment methods, feel free to let us know, and we can discuss if it’s possible.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Yes, we welcome sample orders so you can test and check the quality of our products.

Can I visit your factory?

Sure! You can definitely come visit our factory in person. If that’s hard to do, we can also give you a video tour online, so you can see everything without having to travel.

What warranty do you offer?
